About Us
We are Terraviva Projects
Terraviva Projects TerraViva Projects is a full-service outdoor construction company based in Metro Vancouver. We don’t just construct, we design, demo, build, repair, and finish. One team, every phase.
Our mission is simple: make professional landscaping accessible, reliable, and genuinely enjoyable for homeowners. Whether you’re after a small refresh or a complete backyard overhaul, we show up prepared, communicate clearly, and deliver work we’re proud to put our name on.
Our Story
The Beginning
Terraviva Projects Founded by Jonathan Terrazas after years of hands-on work and in manager roles, with some of Vancouver’s top landscaping companies. Along the way, Jonathan kept noticing the same gap: homeowners wanted one trusted team to handle everything, design, construction, finishing, without being passed around between contractors.
So he built that company himself.
In just two seasons, TerraViva has completed a diverse portfolio of projects across Metro Vancouver, From structural rebuilds and retaining walls to full yard transformations. Every project has reinforced the same belief: great outdoor spaces come from great communication, skilled hands, and a team that genuinely cares about the outcome.
